More Sex, Longer Life!
A study published in the British Medical Journal revealed a relationship between orgasmic frequency in men and mortality. Men who have frequent orgasms live longer. 918 men, aged 45 to 59 at the start of the study were followed.
Researchers found that the risk of death in men with high orgasmic frequency (defined as twice a week or more) was 50 percent lower than in men with a low orgasmic frequency (less than once a month.) Authors conclude that sexual activity seems to have a protective effect on men's health. This study's findings are consistent with most other studies to date.
